Welcome to the Quick Lawn and Mulch Garden Center website. By accessing our website, purchasing materials, or scheduling a delivery with our yard, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Material Variations & Natural Products
The Client acknowledges that Quick Lawn and Mulch supplies natural materials (including, but not limited to, bulk mulch, topsoil, organic compost, decorative stone, and live sod).
- Variations: Because these are natural items, variations in color, texture, particle size, and moisture content are completely normal and inherent to the products. Photos on our website are representative examples, and exact matches to past loads or online images are not guaranteed.
- Sod: Live sod is a perishable product. It must be installed and watered immediately upon delivery or pickup. Quick Lawn and Mulch does not guarantee or warrant the survival of sod once it leaves our yard or is dropped at a delivery site.
2. Bulk Delivery Terms & Property Access
If you schedule a bulk delivery with us to a residence or commercial job site in Polk County, Winter Haven, Bartow, Lake Wales, or surrounding areas, the following conditions apply:
- Delivery Placement: Our drivers will make every reasonable effort to place your materials in your requested location (such as a driveway). However, the final drop location is at the sole professional discretion of the driver to ensure the safety of our personnel, the delivery vehicle, and your property.
- Property Damage Waiver: Bulk delivery trucks are heavy, especially when fully loaded with dirt, rock, or wet mulch. By scheduling a delivery, you authorize our vehicles to enter your property and agree to hold Quick Lawn and Mulch harmless for any damage to driveways, sidewalks, underground utilities, septic systems, pipes, turf, or overhead structures/trees.
- Curbside Drops: If a safe drop area cannot be accessed on the property, materials will be delivered to the curbside or right-of-way.
3. Order Cancellations & Returns
- Bulk Materials: Due to the logistics of loading and hauling, all sales of bulk materials (loose mulch, dirt, gravel, compost) are final once loaded onto a truck or trailer at our yard, or once dispatched for delivery.
- Live Plants & Sod: All sales of live plants, shrubs, trees, and cut sod are final and non-refundable.
- Delivery Fee Cancellations: Delivery orders cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery window may be subject to a cancellation or restocking fee.
4. Limitation of Liability
Quick Lawn and Mulch Garden Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our products, delay in delivery times due to weather or traffic, or any property damage incurred during a standard material drop-off.
